ERYTHRITOL
Is ERYTHRITOL safe for seborrheic dermatitis?
There is not enough applicable evidence to give Erythritol a clear general seb derm recommendation. Its humectant, moisturising and conditioning functions are separate from research on underarm odour.
A small study involving 18 participants investigated axillary bacteria and odour, rather than Malassezia or seborrheic dermatitis. Dental, dietary and fermentation findings concern other exposures. No exact-ingredient human seb derm benefit was established. Consider the whole formula and how it feels; seek advice if symptoms persist despite a comfortable routine.

What is ERYTHRITOL used for in skincare?
Erythritol is listed for humectant, moisturising and skin-conditioning functions. These describe cosmetic moisture support and skin condition. They do not establish that a product containing it treats a yeast-related condition, and evidence about oral or dietary use cannot automatically describe topical cosmetic tolerance.
